Residential Home Inspections

A home inspection provides an objective, independent visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a house. This includes the foundation to the roof.

Bayside Home Inspections, LLC provides clients with a detailed, knowledgeable, and thorough assessment of all major systems of a house, including inspection of all major appliances.

The Home Inspector's job is to provide insight and education to potential buyers on the conditions of all major systems and components of a house, as well as any health or safety concerns.

All information obtained in a home inspection is then provided in a comprehensive inspection report that is sent via email to clients. Hard copies are available upon request at no additional charge.

Bayside Home Inspections, LLC follows the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics when performing home inspections.

Pricing may vary based on the age of the home and number of mechanical systems (i.e., HVAC units, water heaters and electrical systems).

For an estimate, please call (302) 500-0130.

The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) publishes a Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics that outlines what you should expect to be covered in your home inspection report.
